Rymill mc² Cabernet, Merlot, Cabernet Franc 2024 is a vibrant Coonawarra blend from Rymill, combining the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with Merlot’s generous fruit and silky shape for an easy-going but polished South Australian red.
The Rymill mc² 2024 opens on blackcurrant, ripe plum, cherry and mulberry, with violet, dried herbs and a classic Coonawarra eucalyptus lift. Dark chocolate, vanilla and soft spice build through the palate, while fresh acidity and fine, smooth tannins keep the fruit bright, balanced and beautifully drinkable.
