Expect a bright, lifted nose of white peach, melon and lemon curd, with grapefruit, oatmeal, flint and subtle roasted cashew detail. The palate is elegant and finely drawn, bringing cool‑climate citrus drive, creamy barrel‑ferment texture and a light touch of savoury toast. Charlotte Dalton Grace Chardonnay finishes long, saline and beautifully composed.
