Aged for 26-30 months in concrete to preserve freshness and add texture, it offers bright plum, wild blackberry, and fragrant wild herbs with a touch of grilled thyme. The palate is elegant and lively, boasting fresh tannins, a mineral twist, and vibrant acidity. This organically farmed wine is pure and transparent, with great length and complexity, scoring around 92-94 points and ideal for drinking now through 2032.
