3drops Shiraz 2023 is a cool-climate Great Southern red from Western Australia, showing Shiraz at its more fragrant, elegant and finely structured rather than blockbuster end. Its vibrant crimson colour, balanced oak and bright fruit make it an especially polished take on the variety.

Red and blue fruits lead the nose, with plum, cassis and a gentle eucalypt lift alongside floral notes and savoury spice. The palate combines harmonious oak and fruit, with fine chalky, slightly grainy tannins giving shape and a peppery spice finish adding persistence.

Pair it with rosemary lamb cutlets, duck breast, grilled sausages, mushroom ragù or ratatouille. The wine’s freshness and fine tannin handle savoury, roasted flavours without overpowering them; serve slightly below room temperature and give it a short decant.
