Mad Fish Wines Moscato from Western Australia’s Margaret River is a light, luscious, and bright style of Moscato designed for relaxed, easy drinking. It features exotic aromas of quince, raspberry sorbet, musk, rose petal, and star anise, delivering a fresh and aromatic experience. The wine is produced by harvesting the grapes at 11º Baume and cold-pressing to extract vibrant flavors, followed by a long, slow, cold fermentation to retain natural spritz and fresh fruit character. The fermentation stops around 6% alcohol, preserving sweetness and gentle fizz. It pairs well as an aperitif and is a delightful alternative to champagne, ideal for casual sipping throughout the day. The label features a traditional Aboriginal water turtle design symbolizing perseverance.
