Tiefenbrunner Merus Pinot Grigio 2025 is a beautifully poised Alto Adige white from the family-owned Tiefenbrunner estate in South Tyrol, delivering Alpine freshness, Italian polish and far more substance than your everyday Pinot Grigio.
Delicate pear, candied citrus, ripe melon and green-herb aromas lead into lemon, fine chalk and a subtle quinine edge. The palate is dry, harmonious and impressively full, with four months on fine lees adding a creamy, rounded feel while brisk acidity keeps every sip bright and mouthwatering.
Serve the 2025 Tiefenbrunner Merus Pinot Grigio chilled with pan-fried whiting, lemony calamari, mushroom risotto or antipasti. Its balance of juicy fruit, gentle texture and savoury minerality makes it a classy aperitivo option too, especially alongside fresh goat’s cheese or a relaxed Italian-style lunch.
