Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Chardonnay 2025 is a beautifully balanced Western Australian Chardonnay from Larry Cherubino, blending cool-climate freshness with the creamy, subtle oak detail that makes the style so appealing. It is bright, polished and remarkably complete for the price, offering genuine Pemberton character with every generous pour.
Citrus, honeydew melon and white peach lead into vanilla pod, crème brûlée and a light flicker of struck flint. Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Chardonnay 2025 is smooth and gently creamy, with vibrant acidity keeping its ripe fruit and restrained oak in check. The finish is fine, fresh and quietly savoury rather than overtly buttery.
Match this Western Australian Chardonnay with roast chicken and tarragon, seared scallops, barbecued prawns or creamy mushroom risotto.
