About this product
Wildflower Rosé 2025 is a bright Western Australian pink made from Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, delivering dry, thirst-quenching refreshment with a lively red-fruit core. Crisp, fruit-driven and made for warm-weather occasions, it is the kind of rosé that disappears quickly from an ice bucket.
Strawberry and red berries come through first, followed by watermelon, pink grapefruit and a flicker of fresh herb and white pepper. Wildflower 2025 Rosé is light, clean and juicy across the palate, with vivid acidity adding lift and a mouth-watering dry finish. It is fresh rather than sweet, with plenty of zip.
Serve Wildflower Rosé 2025 well chilled with spicy Asian beef salad, grilled prawns, fish tacos, jamón and grissini or a generous charcuterie board. Its refreshing acidity cools chilli heat and cuts through salty cured meats, while the berry fruit brings easy charm to summer grazing and relaxed outdoor lunches.
