Josef Chromy Sparkling Rosé NV, Josef Chromy, Northern Tasmania. This vibrant Traditional Method rosé (97% Pinot Noir, 3% Chardonnay) from the Relbia estate vineyard delivers cherry blossom pink hues with aromas of crisp Granny Smith apple, fresh strawberries and cream, plus delicate floral lift that showcase masterful cool-climate finesse.
The palate surges with lifted field berries, clean textural richness and fine persistent mousse, all balanced by bright freshness and 18 months lees ageing for elegant complexity without malolactic heaviness – perfect celebration fizz with serious drink-now appeal. Crack it with fresh oysters, kingfish crudo, charcuterie platters or tempura prawns for Tasmanian sparkling magic that’ll have guests raving and reaching for more.
