Frankland Estate Riesling 2025 is a pristine, expressive Great Southern white from one of Western Australia’s leading Riesling specialists. Estate-grown and stainless-steel fermented, it combines floral delicacy and crystalline citrus fruit with enough texture to feel more generous than a purely razor-sharp style.

Wet stone, talc and yellow citrus peel lift from the glass, with gentle floral notes and a suggestion of lime. On the palate, it is juicy and finely textured, balancing dry, precise citrus flavour with subtle spice, rounded acidity and a long mineral finish.

Pair Frankland Estate Riesling 2025 with oysters, kingfish ceviche, sashimi, fresh prawns or goat’s cheese. Its citrus drive and subtle saline edge also make it an excellent match for Thai-style salads, Vietnamese dishes and gently spiced seafood.
