Ministry of Clouds Onkaparinga Rocks Single Vineyard Shiraz 2021 is a commanding, finely detailed Adelaide Hills red from Ministry of Clouds, shaped by the cool, rocky Onkaparinga site into something beautifully perfumed, savoury and intense. This is serious Shiraz with real restraint – built for the cellar, yet already showing superb poise.
Dark blackberry, blueberry and plum sit alongside violet, cracked pepper, olive tapenade and dried herbs, with graphite and ironstone lending a compelling mineral edge. The Ministry of Clouds Onkaparinga Rocks Shiraz 2021 carries its fruit with freshness and finesse, framed by spice, fine oak, bright acidity and long, tightly woven tannins.
