Bright lemon, citrus zest and white peach aromas are layered with mealy notes, struck match and a restrained flinty edge. The palate is mouth-filling yet fresh, delivering concentrated stone fruit, soft creamy texture and warm spice from Burgundian oak, all held tightly by crisp acidity.
