The Little Wine Company Little Gem Pecorino 2025, crafted by Suzanne Little in the Hunter Valley’s Broke Fordwich district, is a finely detailed, small-batch white with bright regional energy, textural flair and plenty of personality.
Pink Lady apple sorbet, fresh pear, grapefruit and apricot kernel aromas lead into dried herbs and a subtle mineral thread. The palate is supple and quietly layered, balancing juicy orchard fruit with crunchy acidity, gentle phenolic grip and a savoury, mouth-watering finish.
Pour this Little Gem Pecorino with grilled calamari, chilli prawns, pea and mint risotto, roast chicken or creamy burrata. Its zesty drive and tactile richness make it a brilliant alternative-variety white for long lunches, seafood feasts and anyone after something more compelling than standard Pinot Grigio.
