On the palate it’s full‑bodied and textural but still driven by natural acidity: stonefruit and citrus sit over a fine, creamy lees layer, with good line and length and just a hint of creaminess rather than overt richness.

Food‑wise, Alkimi Stefani Vineyard Chardonnay 2021 is a natural fit with roast chicken, pork loin, seared scallops, grilled fish and subtly creamy pasta or risotto, where its combination of weight and freshness keeps dishes in balance.
