Claymore Joshua Tree Riesling 2026 from Claymore Wines is a bright, racy Clare Valley release that captures Watervale’s chalky soils and old-vine intensity in a glass of pure, thirst-quenching refreshment.
Aromas of fresh lemon, lime cordial, citrus blossom and jasmine leap out first, with a flicker of mandarin oil and crushed stone underneath. The palate delivers a vibrant lemon burst, grapefruit tang and cool mineral detail, held tight by electric natural acidity and a long, clean finish.
Chill this Claymore Wines Joshua Tree Riesling hard and pour it with cured salmon on dark rye, freshly shucked oysters, chilli prawns or Thai-style chicken salad.
