EKIN Sparkling Pinot Noir 2023, crafted by the EKIN Wine Co winemaking team in South Australia’s Langhorne Creek, brings pale-salmon elegance and vibrant fruit to an inviting sparkling rosé. Delicate yet expressive, it combines refreshing citrus, red-berry charm and soft bubbles for a deliciously easygoing celebration in the glass.

Serve chilled with freshly shucked oysters, salmon sashimi or lobster dressed with lemon butter. Its bright acidity and gentle mousse also make an appealing partner for smoked salmon blinis. The 2023 EKIN Langhorne Creek Sparkling Pinot Noir is a versatile choice for seafood lunches, shared appetisers and relaxed celebrations.

Red apple, white strawberry, yellow nectarine and grapefruit-rind aromas lead into Turkish delight, rhubarb and dried-orange flavours.
