Levantine Hill Glen Garvald Rosé 2025 is a compelling Yarra Valley rosé from Levantine Hill, blending 90% Grenache Noir with Mourvèdre and Carignan for a dry, fragrant and distinctly Mediterranean-style pink.
Beguiling blood orange, black cardamom, mace, garrigue and baked-earth aromas give way to vibrant red-fruit flavour and a lively savoury line. The palate is crisp and energetic, with bright natural acidity and enough gentle texture to make the 2025 Glen Garvald Rosé feel far more serious than your average summer sip.
Pair this dry Yarra Valley rosé with charcuterie, grilled prawns, spiced chicken skewers or wood-fired pizza with prosciutto and rocket. Its zesty citrus lift and savoury spice make it sensational by the pool, but it has the poise and complexity to earn a place at the dinner table.
