About this product

Vivera ‘Altrove’ Sicilia Bianco IGP Organic 2024 is a beautifully expressive organic Sicilian white from Vivera, grown high in the Corleone hills where altitude and cooling breezes preserve its vivid freshness. This distinctive blend of Catarratto, Chardonnay and Insolia offers pure Mediterranean flavour with a refined, mineral edge.

Ripe pear, peach, apricot and citrus aromas flow into hints of tropical fruit and white flowers. The palate is dry, bright and fruit-forward, balancing generous stone-fruit flavour with crisp acidity and a savoury mineral line. Six months on fine lees add gentle texture and a long, clean finish.

Vivera Altrove Organic Sicilia Bianco 2024 is made for grilled prawns, calamari, fresh fish, lemon chicken, vegetable antipasti or creamy pasta with herbs. Its sunny fruit and brisk acidity make it equally smart as a chilled aperitivo, delivering an effortlessly polished taste of Sicily with every pour.
