Riversdale ‘Taurus’ Pinot Gris 2025 from Riversdale Estate in Tasmania’s Coal River Valley shines with cool‑climate energy, delivering a refreshing, modern Gris that’s tailor‑made for Australian seafood and summer drinking.

In the glass, expect lifted aromas of pear, red apple, honeysuckle and citrus blossom, with a hint of talc and gentle spice. On the palate, this Taurus Pinot Gris 2025 style is all about juicy nashi pear, lemon pith and subtle stonefruit, framed by crisp acidity and a lightly waxy, moreish texture.
