Hentley Farm Shiraz 2025 from Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley is an estate-grown Shiraz with saturated colour, deep fruit intensity and the soft, savoury tannins that make Seppeltsfield reds so compelling. Fifteen months in French oak adds polish, while the finish stays fresh, plush and inviting.

Blackcurrant, blood plum and blueberry aromas surge with black cherry, liquorice, dark chocolate, clove, nutmeg and peppered fennel. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, packed with black and blue fruit yet finely balanced by savoury spice and fine-grained tannins. Hentley Farm Shiraz 2025 is rich, vibrant and seriously moreish.

Decant Hentley Farm Shiraz 2025 for roast rib-eye, lamb shanks, beef brisket, smoky barbecue or mushroom and truffle risotto. Its bold fruit and savoury edge thrive alongside deep, charred flavours, while the smooth tannins make it just as satisfying with a steak frites night at home.
