Whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented in French oak puncheons (≈25% new), with ~15% malolactic fermentation and partial lees stirring, the wine reveals bright citrus (lime, lemon peel), white peach and melon, with subtle hazelnut and gentle spice from oak.
