Crafted by winemaker Kirilly Gordon and wine entrepreneur Matt Talbot, the wine offers aromas of ripe red and black cherries, complemented by notes of tomato leaf, violets, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is racy and broad, with chewy tannins that soften when paired with rich dishes. This wine is still youthful and will benefit from some time to mature. Limited to 1,200 bottles, it is a rare find for wine enthusiasts.
