Val du Soleu IGP Drome Organic Rosé

Val du Soleu IGP Drôme Organic Rosé 2023, crafted by the Cellier des Dauphins grower collective in southern France, is a pale, brilliantly fresh organic rosé that brings citrus zest, exotic fruit and a sunny Rhône Valley feel.

Pale pink with rose-petal highlights, it opens on grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit, with gentle red berries and a subtle mineral thread. The Val Soleu Organic Rosé 2023 is dry and mouth-filling, balancing tangy fruit with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Pour it with grilled prawns, Niçoise salad, salmon skewers, antipasti, Provençal vegetable tart or soft goat’s cheese. Its citrus brightness and fresh, rounded texture make it a superb rosé for picnics, long lunches and balmy evening meals.
