Paisley DJ Deadly Six Strings Tempranillo 2025, made by Derek “DJ Deadly” Fitzgerald from South Australian fruit, is a vibrant, food-loving red with the spicy lift, sweet mid-palate and easy-drinking character that make Tempranillo such a brilliant table wine.

Dark berry and plum flavours roll into cherry, boysenberry, dried herbs and woodsy spice, with a subtle savoury edge adding interest. Paisley’s Six Strings Tempranillo 2025 is supple and silky, with polished tannins and fresh fruit drive carrying the finish.

Pour it with tapas, jamón, chorizo, meatballs, wood-fired pizza or smoky grilled chicken. Its juicy fruit, gentle spice and smooth texture make it an effortless pick for a casual dinner, sharing plates or any gathering where good food takes centre stage.
