Cool Climate Chardonnay with aromatics of white stone fruits and grapefruit peel. The palate is rich with white peach, green apples and balanced mid palate texture and toast. Subtle oak frames the fruit, crisp and crunchy green apple acidity freshens the palate and provides line and length. Pair with Prawn and Saffron Rissotto.

Sourced from a 23yr old single vineyard located in the Adelaide Hills. The Vineyard is planted to low yielding Bernard 95 and 96 clones as well as I10V1. Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, with only free run juice taken for this wine. Pressed straight to oak where it was fermented on full solids. This wine spent 3 months on yeast lees and six months in large format old French oak barrels
