Montalto Pennon Hill Sparkling Rosé NV is a bright, energetic Mornington Peninsula fizz made from 100% Pinot Noir grown at Red Hill, crafted as an early‑drinking, seriously drinkable pink sparkling. This Montalto Pennon Hill Sparkling Rosé NV looks the part in the glass and absolutely delivers on flavour and refreshment.

A lace‑like thread of strawberry and red cherry sherbet runs through the palate, joined by crunchy red apple, rhubarb and a whiff of talc over a fine, creamy mousse. It is crisp and dry with bright, crunchy acidity, making each sip feel effortlessly refreshing and moreish from first pour to last.

Pennon Hill Sparkling Rosé NV is perfect as an aperitif, at celebrations or with prawns, oysters, smoked salmon, caviar, fried seafood and light canapés – a versatile, crowd‑pleasing pink bubbly that suits everything from beach picnics to smarter dinners.
