Vibrant citrus – lemon, lime and grapefruit – weaves through white nectarine and concentrated white‑fleshed stone fruits, with layers of lemon curd, almond praline, cashew and ginger spice. Notes of wet stone, seashell, sage, oatmeal, nougat and crème brûlée add savoury nuance and complexity.
