About this product

Jericho Wines Fumé Blanc 2024 comes from the cool slopes of the Adelaide Hills, where Sauvignon Blanc really holds its nerve and flavour. In the glass, this Jericho Fume Blanc 2024 is all lifted pineapple, passionfruit, nectarine and preserved lemon, layered with subtle smoky notes, brioche and roasted cashew from wild ferment and time in seasoned French oak. The palate is vibrant yet beautifully creamy – bright tropical fruit and citrus riding on a fine line of acidity, with lees‑derived texture giving a long, nutty, savoury finish that’s seriously moreish.​

It’s a cracking match with pan‑fried scallops, roast chicken with lemon and herbs, richer seafood dishes, soft washed‑rind cheeses or even miso‑glazed salmon – anything that loves both freshness and a bit of oak‑driven complexity.​
