Shut The Gate Single Site Shiraz 2021 is a rich, layered, and complex Clare Valley wine from a famed red vintage, offering satin-like tannins and beautiful structure. The wine shows vibrant regional character, blending red fruits, dark berries, pepper, and subtle eucalypt notes with polished integration and plenty of power. It is delicious now but built to reward cellaring for over a decade, consistently regarded as excellent value and among top Shiraz offerings from the region.
