J. Moreau & Fils Petit Chablis Les Petits Dieux 2025 is a pristine, organically grown Chablis from Burgundy’s Petit Chablis appellation, blending fruit from the Chapelle Vaupelteigne plateau with complementary parcels around Beine. Named for the Celtic statuettes scattered through Chablis vineyards, it is a crisp, mineral-driven French Chardonnay with genuine finesse.
Pale gold with green flashes, this 2025 Petit Chablis opens with mandarin, white flowers, lemon zest and delicate peach. The palate is taut and refreshing, delivering white and yellow orchard fruit, citrus and a pronounced saline, oyster-shell minerality. J. Moreau & Fils Les Petits Dieux Petit Chablis finishes dry, focused and beautifully long, with a chalky edge that keeps every sip precise.
Serve J. Moreau & Fils Petit Chablis Les Petits Dieux with freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, fish tapas, grilled prawns, roast chicken or a creamy fish dish.
