About this product

3drops Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a bright, cool-climate white from the Great Southern of Western Australia, made by Rob Diletti. Early-morning harvesting and cool stainless-steel fermentation preserve its aromatic purity, clean fruit and flinty regional character; a 2026 release would simply be a later bottling, if that is the vintage on your label.

Guava, gooseberry, passionfruit and lychee lead, with finger lime, grapefruit zest, citrus blossom, lemongrass and fresh-cut herbs adding detail. The palate is vibrant but softly textured, driven by limey acidity and a long, dry, mineral finish. 3drops Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is fresh, focused and more refined than overtly tropical.

Pair it with oysters, grilled prawns with lime and herbs, goat’s cheese salad, sushi or Thai-style chicken. The acidity and flinty edge sharpen seafood and salty dishes, while the guava-and-citrus profile suits fresh herbs and gentle chilli. Serve at 8–10°C and drink young for its most vivid aromatics.
