The nose reveals cassis concentrate, black olive tapenade and cigar box cedar in Zema Family Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, laced with violets, dark chocolate, graphite dust and savoury bay leaf – palate surges with concentrated blackcurrant, firm polished tannins and vibrant acid core that builds to a monumental finish.
