This single vineyard, Estate-grown Chardonnay displays baked apple and ripe melon aromas enhanced by subtle toasty oak characteristics. The generous mid palate combines stone fruit, cashew and a hint of creaminess. A backbone of crunchy green apple acidity gives the wine freshness and a lingering finish. Drinking at its peak now until 2025 but the brave and patient will be rewarded.
