About this product

Venica & Venica Jesera Collio Pinot Grigio 2023, crafted by fourth-generation vintner Giampaolo Venica in Friuli’s Collio DOC, is a remarkable copper-hued Pinot Grigio with depth, savoury texture and compelling mineral energy.

White flowers, yellow peach and pear lead the nose, joined by wet stone, fennel seed, ginger and star anise. The Venica & Venica Jesera 2023 is enveloping and creamy, with bright acidity, gentle skin-derived phenolics and a long, salty mineral finish.

Pair it with prosciutto crostini, grilled calamari, asparagus risotto, sea bass, roast chicken or creamy burrata. Its vibrant acidity and rich texture handle seafood, vegetarian dishes and delicate white meats brilliantly, making this far more than a standard Pinot Grigio.
