About this product

Tolloy Pinot Grigio 2025, crafted by the Tolloy winemaking team in Alto Adige beneath the Italian Alps, is a refined, full-flavoured Pinot Grigio with ripe orchard fruit, alpine freshness and elegant mineral detail.

Ripe stone fruit, citrus and spring blossom lead the aromas, followed by green melon, Bartlett pear, quince and honeysuckle. The Tolloy Pinot Grigio 2025 is dry and harmonious, with a rounded medium-bodied palate, delicate acidity and a fresh, subtly spicy finish.

Match it with grilled fish, seafood soup, lemon chicken, creamy mushroom risotto, prosciutto-wrapped melon or white pizza. Its lovely balance of fruit, freshness and gentle texture makes it a brilliant choice for lighter Italian dishes and relaxed shared meals.
