Thomas The OC Semillon 2025 from NSW arrives with direct purpose. Crafted by Thomas in New South Wales this Semillon is vineyard selective and handpicked, showing lean citrus clarity and verve, restrained lees influence and minimal oak to preserve varietal purity while offering both immediate freshness and modest cellaring upside.
Green lemon, lime blossom and wet stone open with saline lift and lifted herb notes. The palate is nervy and linear with fine phenolics, brisk acidity and a chalky, driven finish; Thomas The OC Semillon, 2025 rewards attentive drinking and pairs well with short-term ageing for added complexity.
