On the nose expect intense white peach, nectarine and lemon curd, woven with florals, cashew, beeswax, struck flint and a subtle custardy richness from quality oak and lees work. The palate is concentrated yet seamless – stonefruit depth shot through with saline, tonic‑water notes, bright acidity and superb length, built for both immediate drinking and mid‑term cellaring.
