Stargazer Palisander Riesling 2024 is a cool-climate Riesling sourced from the Palisander Vineyard in Tea Tree, Coal River Valley, Tasmania. It displays a pale yellow color with vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus, yuzu, and fennel pollen. The palate is finely textured with lively sherbet-like acidity, chalky phenolics, and fresh lemon and lime zest balanced by greengage plum juiciness. This wine is marked by precision, purity, and a distinct cool-climate freshness, delivering a long, tangy, and mineral-driven finish. It showcases a different style influenced by natural phenolics and has received praise for its elegance and structure.
