Terra Mãe means “motherland” – the wine represents the sun and the soil here at our Rutherglen property and the energy and the passion that our team pours into these amazing varieties.
Estate grown Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional.
Look – A youthful bright red/ purple.
Nose – Red berry aromas with cedar and cinnamon wood spices.
Taste – Seamless blend of four Iberians varieties. Flavours of plums, cherries and milk chocolate on the finish. Soft tannins are balanced with the medium-bodied fruit weight. The middle palate is enhanced by the addition of Tinat Cão, rare in Australia, which gives great body.
