Printhie Topography Shiraz 2022 is a classic cool climate Shiraz from Orange, NSW, known for its elegance and bright fruit character. This wine is led by dark fruit flavours of plum and blackberry, accompanied by lovely spicy notes that add complexity. It has good structure and texture, with aromatic toasty oak and some whole bunch complexity, producing lovely long tannins that carry the flavour beautifully. The wine was matured for 12 months in oak followed by six months in tank before bottling, giving it a smooth and well-rounded profile. It pairs excellently with tomato-based dishes, grilled meats, and rich stews.
