Mr. Riggs Watervale Riesling 2026 is a dazzling Clare Valley Riesling from winemaker Ben Riggs, sourced from the Brysky Vineyard in Watervale, where the region’s cooler southern pocket delivers exceptional delicacy, limey drive and mouthwatering precision.

Lime oil and soft citrus blossom rise beautifully from the glass, flowing into vibrant lemon and lime on the palate. The 2026 Mr. Riggs Watervale Riesling is crisp, tangy and finely lifted, balancing bright fruit sweetness with a taut acid line and a long, refreshing finish.

Pour this Clare Valley Riesling with freshly shucked oysters, pan-fried whiting, Thai green curry or chilli-laced Vietnamese dishes. Its zesty citrus intensity slices through rich seafood and cooling spice, while its delicate sweetness and high natural acidity make every mouthful sing.
