Mountadam Eden Valley Chardonnay 2025 (6 Bottles) Eden Valley, SA
About this product
Mountadam Eden Valley Chardonnay 2025 from Mountadam Vineyards in High Eden, Barossa, is a cool–climate chardonnay that feels pure, classy and quietly luxurious, delivering serious pedigree at a very approachable price. This Mountadam Eden Valley Chardonnay 2025 draws entirely on estate fruit from their elevated, rocky outcrop site, giving a distinctive line of finesse and minerality.
In the glass you’ll find nectarine, white peach and bright citrus, layered with lemon curd, clotted cream, soft baking spice, white flowers and a gentle wrap of vanillin French oak. The palate is dry, savoury and finely balanced, with creamy lees texture, good weight, and a long, mineral–driven finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
On the table, it’s a natural with roast chook and gravy, pan–fried garfish, grilled marron, or a rich crab linguine where that cool–climate acidity slices through beautifully. It will also shine with pork cutlets and apple, potato gratin, or a gooey triple–cream brie, making it a seriously versatile Eden Valley chardonnay for your weeknight table or a long Sunday lunch.
