AUSTRALIA WIDE FREE SHIPPING
AT FIRST SIP- Liquorice, blackberry and raspberry with cardamom and plush vanilla soaked plums. Smooth and rounded on the palate, tacky textured tannins and slight spice to the finish. AFTER A FEW-Chewy Biltong.
Sourced from two vineyards in McLaren Vale, this Shiraz was fermented in small open fermenters before being pressed by winemaker Mike’s favourite basket press. Maturation then took place in French and American oak for 12 months.
