Levantine Hill Levant Rosé 2025 from Levantine Hill in the Yarra Valley is a sophisticated, Mediterranean-inspired rosé with cool-climate freshness, serious texture and the kind of flavour depth that makes it far more than a simple summer sipper.
Fragrant strawberry, guava, rosewater and musk are lifted by orange zest, sea buckthorn and aromatic cardamom spice. The palate is generous and savoury, rolling through Turkish Delight, bay leaf and a subtle white-chocolate creaminess, while fine tannins and lively acidity keep this Yarra Valley rosé beautifully dry and precise.
