About this product
Koerner Watervale Riesling 2025 is a thrilling Clare Valley Riesling from Damon and Maddy Koerner, drawn from Watervale fruit and built with old-vine intensity, fragrant detail and serious mineral drive. It is bright, textural and wonderfully pure, showing exactly why Watervale is one of Australia’s great Riesling addresses.
Preserved lime, Indian pickled lime, Real Lemonade and green apple burst from the glass, lifted by lime pith, bath salts and a savoury spice note. The Koerner 2025 Watervale Riesling has crunch and gentle haze through the palate, finishing dry, taut and mouth-watering with a persistent mineral edge.
Pour this Clare Valley Riesling with freshly shucked oysters, kingfish sashimi, chilli prawns, Thai green curry or a creamy goat’s cheese tart. Its electric acidity and citrus drive slice through spice and richness beautifully, making this a brilliant bottle for seafood feasts, warm evenings and long-term cellaring.
