Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 from Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley is a powerful yet energetic estate Cabernet, shaped by shallow hillside soils that bring lift, mineral detail and finesse to ripe dark fruit. It is a polished, age-worthy red with unmistakable Barossa confidence.
Blackberry, cassis and ripe plum lead with red earth, dark mineral, cedar, tobacco leaf and gentle spice. The palate is full-bodied and vibrant, layering concentrated black fruit with graphite-like structure, fresh acidity and fine, persistent tannins. Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon 2025 finishes long, savoury and immaculately composed.
