Henschke Peggy’s Hill Riesling 2025 from Eden Valley is a bright, finely etched Riesling that really leans into purity, crunch and drinkability in a classic cool‑climate style.

In the glass it’s pale lemon with green hues, opening with citrus blossom, lime zest, lemon sorbet and jasmine, layered over white peach, pear skin and that tell‑tale slatey, talc‑like minerality.
