It combines ripe fruit with saline minerality and vibrant acidity, so it feels powerful but never heavy.

Aromatically, it shows praline, golden kiwi, green apple, wet stones, lemon and white grapefruit, with hints of rose petal, cantaloupe, pine, curry leaf and delicate oak spice. On the palate you’ll find ripe green apple, Asian pear, dragon fruit, lime blossom and Maldon‑salt like savouriness, plus white chocolate and salted‑caramel tones wrapped into a rich, creamy texture cut through by piercing, mouth‑watering acidity.

Hand‑harvested fruit is whole‑cluster pressed, then fermented and matured for roughly 12–19 months in mostly seasoned Burgundian barrels (around 10–15% new) with regular bâttonage, followed by time in stainless steel to sharpen the line.
