Giesen Uncharted Sauvignon Blanc 2024 from Giesen Wines in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley is a refined, site-driven Sauvignon Blanc with tropical lift, herbaceous finesse and a salty mineral edge. Lees ageing and a discreet touch of oak bring extra texture, making it a classier take on classic Kiwi Sauvignon.

Lemon, lime and passionfruit sorbet race from the glass alongside guava, citrus zest, fresh-cut grass and dried herbs. The palate is lively and succulent, with green pineapple, kaffir lime and savoury mineral notes framed by crisp acidity. This Giesen Uncharted Sauvignon Blanc finishes zesty, dry and refreshing.
