Eden Hall Springton Riesling 2025, crafted by Phil Lehmann in South Australia’s Eden Valley, is a beautifully perfumed white brimming with floral charm, vibrant fruit and refreshing zest. Drawn from estate blocks seven and ten, this expressive Riesling delivers an inviting combination of flavour, finesse and easygoing drinking pleasure.
Jasmine and rose-petal aromas lead into pineapple and lychee flavours, finishing with a lively burst of lemon sorbet and sherbet. Independent tasting also highlights apple blossom, pear and lemon verbena, capturing the wine’s fragrant complexity. The 2025 Eden Hall Springton Riesling balances juicy fruit with crisp, refreshing definition.
Serve chilled with grilled prawns, freshly shucked oysters or whiting dressed with lemon and herbs. Its floral lift and vibrant fruit also make an appealing match for Vietnamese rice-paper rolls.
